PRODUCTS COLOR IS DEPEND ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS. CUSTOMERS MAY REFER THE ACTUAL PHOTOS AND VIDEO PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCTS PAGE. COLOR OF PRODUCTS MAY VARIES DUE TO LIGHTING USED AND PLEASE ALLOW 10% OF COLOR VARIATION IN REAL PRODUCT AS COMPARED TO ACTUAL PRODUCTS. IT MAY APPEAR DARKER OR LIGHTER. THE SIZE CHART MIGHT BE 1CM-3CM DIFFERENCES IN THE MEASUREMENTS GIVEN DUE TO THE DIFFERENT STRETCHABLE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL. 1. WE OFFER A SIZE EXCHANGE SERVICE (SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY). IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM TO US AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE SIZE YOU PREFER.Â
SHIPPING FEES: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEES FOR BOTH THE RETURN OF THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND THE DELIVERY OF THE NEW ORDER.

YOU MAY CHOOSE AN ITEM OF THE SAME PRICE OR A HIGHER-PRICED ITEM, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR SIZE. EXCHANGES FOR OTHER REASONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SIZE EXCHANGE, PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT. IT SHOULD BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE LABEL STILL ATTACHED (NO CUTS OR ALTERATIONS).
RETURN DEADLINE: YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE USE A TRACEABLE SHIPPING SERVICE TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS TRACKED AFTER IT IS POSTED OUT BY THE COURIER.
3. ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, MARKED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ITEMS WILL BE SEND BACK TO CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RESEND RETURN ITEMS.
4. STRICTLY NO WALK IN FOR RETURN AS THIS IS AN OFFICE BUILDING WITH TONS OF WORKERS, HANDLING YOUR PARCEL TO RANDOM STAFF COULD CAUSED IN LOST OF THE RETURN PARCEL.
5. FOR REASON OF HYGIENE, BRA, INNER, UNDERWEAR, SWIMSUITS, EARRINGS, COSMETICS AND CLEARANCE STOCK ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO RETURN.Â
6. IF YOUR ORDER AMOUNT DOES NOT MEET PROMOTION CRITERIA AFTER RETURN, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE DISCOUNT ON THE ORDER INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING AND FREE GIFT. THUS, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AND RETURN THE FREE GIFT OR PAY FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE.
7. RETURN CAN ONLY BE MADE ONE TIME PER ORDER NUMBER.
8. ALL RETURNED PACKAGES SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY DOOR-STEP DELIVERY COURIER SERVICE WITH THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER. CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN PARCEL. IF THE DELIVERY FAILED, CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY THE RESEND DELIVERY FEE. PLEASE MAKE SURE COURIER COMPANY WILL DELIVERY THE RETURN PARCEL BETWEEN OFFICE HOUR TO AVOID DUPLICATE CHARGES.
9. WE MAY REFUSE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE REQUEST IF THE RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS. IN SUCH CASES, THE ITEM WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU, AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE FEE. IF THE DELIVERY FAILS, CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO PAY THE RESEND DELIVERY FEE.
10. WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHTS NOT TO ALLOW THE RETURN ALTHOUGH THE CONDITION ABOVE IS MET.
