1. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGE SERVICE, CUSTOMER COULD RETURN THOSE RETURNABLE ITEM AND ADVISED TO PLACE A NEW ORDER.

2. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LABEL STILL ATTACHED AS ORIGINAL (NO CUT OFF). ADDITIONALLY, THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS ITEM ARE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVED WITH TRACEABLE SERVICE AFTER POSTED OUT BY COURIER.


3. ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, MARKED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ITEMS WILL BE SEND BACK TO CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RESEND RETURN ITEMS.

4. STRICTLY NO WALK IN FOR RETURN AS THIS IS AN OFFICE BUILDING WITH TONS OF WORKERS, HANDLING YOUR PARCEL TO RANDOM STAFF COULD CAUSED IN LOST OF THE RETURN PARCEL.

5. FOR REASON OF HYGIENE, BRA, INNER, UNDERWEAR, SWIMSUITS, EARRINGS, COSMETICS AND CLEARANCE STOCK ARE NOT ACCEPTED TO RETURN. 

6. IF YOUR ORDER AMOUNT DOES NOT MEET PROMOTION CRITERIA AFTER RETURN, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE DISCOUNT ON THE ORDER INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING AND FREE GIFT. THUS, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AND RETURN THE FREE GIFT OR PAY FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE.

7. RETURN CAN ONLY BE MADE ONE TIME PER ORDER NUMBER.

8. ALL RETURNED PACKAGES SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY DOOR-STEP DELIVERY COURIER SERVICE WITH THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER. CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN PARCEL. IF THE DELIVERY FAILED, CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY THE RESEND DELIVERY FEE. PLEASE MAKE SURE COURIER COMPANY WILL DELIVERY THE RETURN PARCEL BETWEEN OFFICE HOUR TO AVOID DUPLICATE CHARGES.

9. WE COULD REFUSE TO REFUND IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT FULFILLED WITH RETURN POLICY AS ABOVE. AT THAT TIME, CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE FEE TO RESEND BACK THE RETURN ITEM TO CUSTOMER.

10. WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHTS NOT TO ALLOW THE RETURN OR REFUND OF ANY TRANSACTIONS ALTHOUGH THE CONDITION ABOVE IS MET.

WRONGLY ORDER PRODUCT OR ACCIDENTALLY ORDER PRODUCT REASON WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THEIR ORDER SUMMARY IN THE CART PAGE & CHECK OUT PAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING TO MAKE PAYMENT.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME ITEM, CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SEND YOUR ITEM TO OUR OFFICE ADDRESS.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER RM100, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.

 

RETURN STEP

1. PLEASE NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT INFO@SEOCYC.COM, LIVE CHAT OR WHATSAPP BY QUOTING THE ORDER NUMBER AND PRODUCT DETAILS.

2. IF THE RETURN IS CONFIRMED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMERS SHOULD PACK YOUR RETURN ITEMS AND SEND TO US

3. ALL RETURN REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEMS.

4. ONCE THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED, WE WILL ENSURE THEY ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. ONCE THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED ITEMS HAS BEEN INSPECTED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED TO RECEIVE THE REFUND.

5. THE REFUND PERIOD MAY VARY BETWEEN 10 AND 14 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEPTION OF THE RETURN AT THE WAREHOUSES.
